Denver City Council Blocks Chick-fil-A—Note One

Note One: Kim Davis, the Rowan County, Kentucky County Clerk who has defied several court orders to  issue gay marriage licenses, the Supreme Court being one of them, appears before a federal judge tomorrow to tell the judge why she refuses to issue marriage licenses to gay couples. She maintains she doesn’t do it, “Under God’s Authority”.

One question I would like the judge to answer. “Do you not recognize God’s Authority in your courtroom?”

If he does not recognize the Biblical definition of marriage, then I think he should be called to answer that question.

Original story below.

Chick-fil-A wants to put one of its restaurants in the Denver airport. The Denver city council’s Business Development Committee voted to block it. There is another meeting of the committee on September 1. Like maybe if Chick-fil-A wants to sue them, according to legal scholars, they will win.

The CEO of Chick-fil-A has expressed his opinion that marriage should be between a man and a woman. That might have been the father of the current CEO. I’m not sure, but I do believe in the last few years the father and founder died. However, I do believe his son shares the same belief he did.

I find it interesting that this committee has at least one gay person on it or lesbian, I can’t keep up with what it is. Would this committee be in favor of everyone in the country being required to perform LGBT’s wedding ceremonies, and cater their ceremonies and bake them cakes? Yet this committee is blocking a company that has differing opinions from theirs. Talk about hypocrisy.

In 2012 the LGBT’s tried to boycott Chick-fil-A and held kiss-ins. Disgusting if you ask my opinion. People who go to any restaurant don’t want to see that crap. I recall long lines outside of Chick-fil-A restaurants when LGBT’s tried to exert their influence. That should tell you where the majority is.

That Kentucky gal who is a county clerk has asked the Supreme Court to rule that she doesn’t have to issue LGBT marriage licenses because it is against her religious beliefs. She hasn’t issued any yet, even though it defies a federal judge’s order.

Okay, Justice Kennedy, you’re the justice who decided the case in a 5/4 decision to okay gay marriage. Why don’t you use a little common sense now, and rule that people’s religious rights cannot be trampled on by a minority of people in this country?

This country was founded on the democratic majority rule, and yet you take some segment of the population, and say they should rule the country. I hope the LGBT’s make a public display of themselves when you take your wife out to an exclusive restaurant. You need to see what exhibitionists look like. Maybe it will be a kiss-in, and you can get the beginning effect of what the LGBT exhibitionists do. Let’s go full effect with a sex-in. You deserve that.

I went yesterday afternoon down to a Chick-fil-A to bring home our supper. A lot of people were there as always, even though it was midway between lunch and supper. If there were LGBT’s there I didn’t notice them. If there were LGBT employees I didn’t notice them. The LGBT’s get treated like everybody else when they act like everybody else. I’d like to think that is the majority of LGBT’s, but I don’t know. The exhibitionist LGBT’s give the rest of the LGBT’s a bad name. Why don’t you say something to the exhibitionist LGBT’s, but you seem to be content to let them speak for you. Is that the way most of you feel, or are the exhibitionist LGBT’s a splinter group that are really very few in number, such as the Black Lives Matter protesters?

With the TV reporter and cameraman being killed in Virginia by a black man, and the deputy sheriff being killed in Texas on Friday night by a black man, I think the Black Lives Matter protests just received a reality check. All lives matter. Who’s funding you anyway? How do you support yourselves?

Maybe LGBT’s who prefer not to have the limelight should remind those who bask in the limelight to shut up, we don’t like what you do. There’s a golden opportunity here, you non-exhibitionists, to see people don’t hate you, but they hate what you allow your colleague LGBT’s to do to and around other people.

Kiss-ins. Sex-ins. There is a limit you know. Why don’t you regular LGBT’s tell the exhibitionist LGBT’s to cut it out. There will be a backlash at some point. Don’t try to push others over the cliff.
